An important milestone in our joint history has been reached: Plan Software and KiM have now fully merged to form 4PACE.
What may sound like a purely legal formality is, for us, the culmination of a long and successful collaboration. The story began with the founding of Plan Software GmbH in Saarbrücken in 1993 and KiM GmbH in St. Wendel in 1998.
Over the years, the two companies worked closely together, building a strong partnership based on shared expertise and common goals. In 2023, the establishment of 4PACE GmbH brought this collaboration together under one roof.
The merger marks the next logical step in that journey. For us, it is a special moment — not only from a business or strategic perspective, but also on a personal level. What has grown and evolved over many years is now officially united under a single name.
