Two intensive days, over 150 participants from around 60 companies and numerous discussions about the future of digital B2B sales lie behind us.
DCC 2026 made it clear that the major challenges in B2B sales are not new, but they are becoming increasingly complex. One key insight was evident in almost all presentations and discussions: It is no longer just a question of whether sales and business models are changing, but how companies can meaningfully integrate this change into their processes, systems and organizations.
Many presentations and discussions revolved around the question of how companies can create relevant customer experiences in the future, even though products, processes and requirements are becoming increasingly complex.
There were particularly intensive discussions:
The topic of AI was also present in almost all contributions. It became clear that the benefits of AI depend less on individual tools than on the quality of the underlying data, processes and structures. Many companies are therefore initially faced with the task of creating the necessary foundations before AI can really develop its potential.
Many practical examples also followed on from this. Whether agentic commerce, digital after-sales strategies, AI-supported product search, 3D configuration or configure-to-order approaches – it became clear time and again how closely technology, sales and customer experience are now linked.
In addition to the technical impulses, the open exchange between companies, technology providers and industry experts was particularly valuable. The conversations between the sessions, the discussions after the presentations and the personal exchanges on site had a special impact on DCC 2026.
A big thank you to all the speakers, partners, customers and participants who contributed to this event with their perspectives, questions and discussions. Your feedback and openness have once again shown how important joint platforms have become for the exchange of ideas on digital B2B sales.
We will be making the recordings of the talks and the presentations available to you shortly. And the next DCC is already in the planning stages.
We are already looking forward to further discussions!
